Why I wanted to talk to you about cats is because I have 2 of my own. Cats need to be loved that why god made them. He made them so we could not only take care of us but take care of another spisies.Cats were first kept by the ancient Egyptians. They considerd the cats being part of the family. When a cat died it was a big crime. People belive that the Egyptians tought the cats to catch mice and rats. The ancient Romans thought black cats were very lucky. Many people think they are unlucky. A Fisher man's wife would bye a cat when their husbands went to sea. If a cat ran away that ment the boat was in trouble. If you find a cat at your front door just before a wedding that ment bad things to come. A cat's wiskers aren't just there to look cute thay have a specil job to do. The wiskers gide cats through long tall grass. When a cat is angry its wiskers will bristal. When a cat is sick their wiskers will droop down. Cats can see in the night time. They even can see in pitch black. Thay can even see better than we can.
